Transparency

What we are, and what we aren't yet.

We are a young firm. The honest version of where we stand today matters more than polished marketing — because if any of it changes your mind, we'd rather you know now than find out mid-term.

On the roadmap

  • — Big-Four audit of the mining operation (12–18 months)

  • — AIFMD or equivalent regulatory filing where material — infrastructure, not aesthetic
  • — Systematic equity strategy live, currently Q4 2026 target

Why this page exists

A sophisticated reader can work this out from the absence of audit logos and administrator names — so we'd rather say it directly.

Firms at our stage sometimes paper over the gap between what they are and what they hope to look like. We don't. The signed record is the substitute for institutional infrastructure we don't yet have — you verify the numbers directly rather than trusting an administrator we haven't hired.

As the roadmap items above land, this page updates. Until then, the items in the right-hand column above are not in place. Size your mandate with that in mind.

Risks

The risk list for the strategy itself sits on the strategy page.

Margin compression, post-halving revenue squeeze, equipment failure, facility risk, operator risk, regulatory and tax treatment — the full disclosure sits alongside the thesis, where it belongs.

Verifiability

Check our distribution history in your own browser.

Every distribution we have ever made is signed and chained to the one before it, and published to a public source. You fetch the record, confirm each signature against our public key, and check the chain is intact — all in your browser, with no servers of ours involved.
